01 · The problem

Release checks depended heavily on manual testing. That took time every sprint and made releases less predictable.

02 · What I did

  1. 01Built a Playwright + Gauge framework with reusable, readable test specifications.
  2. 02Automated the regression flows so they run the same way on every release.
  3. 03Added Jest unit tests where the logic was easier to test in isolation.
